After you submit, we’ll check it and add it to the site ASAP.

Note: Only public, Central Queensland events are listed. No spam or MLMs.

  Just hit the “Submit Your Event” button floating at the bottom right, fill out the form, and we’ll handle the rest. Or, email whatsoncq@gmail.com.
• What events do you list?
  Any public event happening in Central Queensland (CQ): parties, live music, gigs, food, markets, sports, fundraisers—if it’s open to the public, it’s welcome.
• Does it cost anything?
  No. Listing your event is completely free. No fees, no catch.
• How soon will my event go live?
  We usually approve new events within 24 hours (often faster if we’re online).
• How do I edit or remove my event?
  Just reply to your confirmation email, or message us at whatsoncq@gmail.com and we’ll sort it quick.
• Do you promote private or invite-only parties?
  Nah, only public events. If you want to invite the whole region, we got you.
• I found a mistake or want to suggest something.
  Hit us up via email or use the feedback option below. We’ll fix it up.

• All events must be real and open to the public. We don’t list private or invite-only parties, or anything sketchy.
• No spam, MLMs, or dodgy promos. We’re here to help locals find what’s actually on, not get sold random stuff.
• Event info must be accurate and honest. Please double-check your details before submitting—wrong info = sad people.
• No illegal, offensive, or discriminatory events. Anything against the law or just not cool for the CQ crowd gets removed fast.
• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any event for any reason. Final call is ours, but we’re chill unless it’s clearly not for CQ.
• By submitting, you agree your event info and images can be shared publicly. We use your details to promote your event on this site and socials.
